These Terms govern your use of kubeblend.com and landscape design services provided by kubeblend.com LLC.
1. General Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Consumer rights are protected under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Rights Protection' of 10.06.2023 No. 3153-IX. Online sales are regulated by the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' of 03.09.2015 No. 675-VIII.
2. Services
kubeblend.com provides landscape design services. Descriptions, prices, and timelines are provided before purchase. We comply with the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' of 03.07.1996 No. 270/96-VR regarding accurate and non-misleading claims.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in UAH and include applicable taxes. Payment methods are displayed at checkout. The seller is kubeblend.com LLC, EDRPOU 90438936, 45 Khreshchatyk Street, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine.
4. Cancellation and Refund
You may cancel within 14 days of order. Refunds are processed according to the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Rights Protection'. Contact us to initiate.
5. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Dispute Resolution
For complaints, contact us at contact@kubeblend.com or +380 632 848 7882. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before Ukrainian courts. The procedure is described in the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Rights Protection' of 10.06.2023 No. 3153-IX.
